Work on Your Tasks, Not on Your List – Toodledo Repeat Tasks

Your tasks automatically show up!

You often find yourself creating the same list of tasks over and over.

Sometimes the tasks need to be completed everyday, other times it’s every week, month, or year.

It is a pain to remember to even make the list, let alone, get all your ideas down. Sometimes you have to go back to an old list to find out what needs to be on the new list.

Other times your routine gets interrupted by life or vacation and you have two choices:

  • Start over from scratch
  • Go digging through old emails and lists to see what didn’t get done

Talk about a waste of time.

People who automate their tasks start their day with everything they need to do right in front of them.  They can start checking boxes now!

Start Getting Things Done Quicker – Repeat Tasks

People who pride themselves on being the most effective, organized, and efficient can tell who is more likely to be satisfied at the end of their day.  They spent less time creating Tasks and more time doing Tasks.

Toodledo Repeat Recurring Tasks

You can use Repeat Tasks to avoid having to remember createing a new list, and what belongs on the list.  You can focus your energy on things that are more important.

All you do is create a Task as you normally would and choose how often you want it to repeat from the drop down:

  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Monthly

Done!

You can use plain language like, “every Monday”, “every 3 days” or “last Friday of each month” by clicking the edit icon to the right of the drop down form.  This allows you even more flexibility to setup your Tasks the way you want them.

You also control whether it repeats from the Start or Completion date.  If a task does not have a due-date, it will be repeated from the start-date. If a task has neither a due-date nor a start-date, then it will be repeated from the completion date.
